teve Brooks’ philosophy of “dog training for the real world” holds that every dog should know real life manners, dog training should be a part of everyday life, and most of all, it should be fun.

We use reward-based training. There is no yelling, jerking or aggressive handling. Our training techniques are fun and creative.

“Like people, all dogs are different,” Steve says. “They all have histories that have influenced their behavior. We will customize a training program that is right for you and your dog.”

: Do I spoil my dog?
: Yes, but I lay out the ground rules first.

We teach your dog how to work and teach you how to influence your dog’s behavior rather than have your dog influence your behavior. Your dog should listen to you because he wants to, not because he has to. We’ll teach you how to become the right kind of role model for your dog, and how to prevent behavioral problems before they occur.

Communication is a two way street. Some key elements to good communication are understanding timing, intensity and body language—both your dog’s and your own.

Steve guarantees that after even one lesson, you will communicate with and understand your dog better, and that your overall relationship with your dog will improve.

SteveBrooksK9U will bring your family closer by teaching leadership and mutual respect between you and your dog.
