Steve helped us with our 18 month old airedale mix Jake who came out of infant puppyhood being scared of kids, bikes and skateboards and started to lunge and snap and at people on walks. Steve really helped us understand our dog, to see him realistically for who he is and what he needs from us, and showed us how to work consistently to modify his behavior and manage him. Steve is also a terrifically fun guy to work with — he sets a tone that is at once firm, enthusiastic, playful, and all-business. My husband and two kids all participated in at least some of the sessions, and we all learned something.
